We can prepare in your home or deliver fresh, healthy, organic, macrobiotic-inspired meals boxes right to your home or office in the London area. 

Meals are prepared for you based on your health condition, needs, likes/dislikes, metabolism, the changing seasons etc. A typical meal will include a variety of food items:  grains, greens, drinks, soup, dessert, condiments etc.

Personal Chef
It is possible to cook at your residence or on-site. 

The price for this service depends on location, number of hours, the number of clients and menu.

On-site Catering Service
Great for business meetings or other special events where food quality, taste and health matter. This option is popular with members of the film and television industry as well as businessmen/women.

Clients
Most of our clients are too busy to cook or cannot cook for themselves due to their health condition, yet they want healthy delicious meals. 
Our clients have included health retreats, conferences, businessmen/women, actors, therapists, teachers etc.
